Jack Trolley is a sturdy flat base that is fixed with a robust wheel system to easily move it over the steel rails tracks. Top-grade alloyed materials are used for the fabrication of this unit that gives high strength and rigidity to bear extreme loads and vibrations. This unit is commonly used to check track uniformity as well as to move heavy tools required at the rail repairing sites. Jack Trolley designed by us is provided with a galvanized coating that helps to prevent damages due to rust and harsh outdoor conditions.

• Maximum lift 125mm.
• Maximum lift 125mm.
• Propelled manually from one rail lifting position to the next, normally every ten sleepers.
• Using Jack trolley, two men can install or remove rollers at ten sleeper intervals at a rate of 1000 metres per hour.
• Pads can be replaced under every sleeper at 400 metres per hour.
